A 9-metre linear buffet in wood and granite, with heated wells and a suspended steel frame.

The buffet organises the dining room: guests enter at one end, serve themselves in a single line and reach the tables without crossing those still choosing.

The steel frame above the counter holds the sneeze guard and the lighting, echoing the restaurant's exposed brick and pendant lamps.
